The Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, in collaboration with the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), has unveiled plans to establish 16 cutting-edge IT labs across educational institutions in the federal capital. These state-of-the-art facilities are poised to become the bastions of modern education, equipping the youth with the latest technological prowess. Aimed at augmenting employment opportunities, the labs will offer comprehensive courses in blockchain, data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and game development, ensuring students are primed for the demands of the contemporary job market.

The announcement heralds a new era of educational excellence and underscores the Ministry’s unwavering commitment to fostering a generation adept at navigating the intricacies of the digital age. Set to be housed within 16 degree colleges strategically scattered across Islamabad, these IT hubs will serve as incubators for innovation and ingenuity. Developed in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as NUST, National Skills University, COMSATS, and NUML, the curriculum is meticulously crafted to meet industry standards and address burgeoning market demands.
