The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has intensified its campaign against illegal constructions, conducting a series of demolitions and sealings across various areas of the city. This crackdown targeted multiple localities, including Johar Town, Audit and Accounts, Raiwind Road, Nespak Society, and adjacent schemes, with the aim of curbing unauthorized development.
In a coordinated operation, the LDA team executed demolitions and sealings to tackle the proliferation of illegal structures. In Johar Town and Audit and Accounts, actions included partially demolishing Plot No. 339-D, completely demolishing an illegal commercial building near Mouza Sadhoki, and addressing other illegal properties. Additionally, illegal private establishments, such as a bookshop, were demolished in various locations.

Several properties were also sealed as part of the enforcement actions, including those in Johar Town’s G Four Block and H Block, as well as in Nespak Society. The crackdown underscores the LDA’s commitment to maintaining urban order and ensuring sustainable development in Lahore.
