The Green Shirts turned the game around in the third quarter with three goals, sealing their third-place finish. However, they narrowly missed a spot in the final.
Earlier, Pakistan faced China in a match decided by a penalty shootout. China advanced to the final after a 2-0 shootout win, with the match tied 1-1 in regular time, thanks to goals from China and Ahmed Nadeem for Pakistan.
