A tragic incident unfolded in the suburban area of Hyderabad Thal, Bhakkar, where a son fatally attacked his mother with an axe following a domestic dispute. The case was filed by the victim’s husband.
According to police, the incident occurred when the son struck his 55-year-old mother, Manzooran Mai, with a sharp-edged axe, inflicting severe injuries. She succumbed to her wounds en route to the hospital.

Police confirmed that her death was due to deep head injuries, and her body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
DPO Shehzad Rafiq reported that the suspect, Tauqeer, fled the scene after the attack, which stemmed from a family conflict. Search teams have been mobilized to capture him, and his arrest is expected soon.
