WhatsApp is testing a new event creation feature for individual chats in its Android Beta version 2.25.1.18. Previously available only in group chats and community announcements, this update allows users to organize activities directly within one-on-one conversations.

The feature includes options to add a name, description, date, end time, location, or even link the event to an audio or video call. Events are automatically shared with the chat participant, who can accept or decline the invitation, streamlining coordination.
Expected to roll out in future updates, this enhancement aims to improve WhatsApp’s usability for activities like private meetings or tutoring sessions.
