Saif Ali Khan was reportedly stabbed six times at his Bandra residence by an intruder, sustaining injuries to his hand, neck, and spine.
CCTV footage from 2:33 am on Thursday shows the suspect, dressed in a t-shirt and jeans, carrying a backpack and an orange scarf, scaling a wall to enter Khan’s apartment through a fire escape.

The attack occurred when Khan’s house help, Lima, spotted the intruder and alerted the actor. Khan confronted him, resulting in a struggle during which the suspect stabbed him. Two house helps were also injured.
Khan underwent emergency surgery at Lilavati Hospital to remove a knife lodged in his spine. Doctors confirmed he is stable and recovering well.
The police have filed a case for robbery, trespassing, and grievous hurt, with multiple teams investigating the incident. Mumbai’s safety has come under scrutiny, with political leaders questioning the government’s ability to protect its citizens.
