A Pakistani expatriate working in Saudi Arabia has won AED 1 million in the Mahzooz 145th draw in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Zain, a 41-year-old IT Support specialist, initially believed he had won only AED 250 when he received an email from Mahzooz while preparing for a family outing. However, upon closer inspection, he was delighted to discover that he had won the grand prize.

Zain had been participating in Mahzooz for about a year after learning about it from a UAE news site. This particular draw also had 1,202 other winners who shared a total prize of AED 1,494,750.
In a similar fortunate event earlier this month, a 27-year-old Pakistani expat in the UAE won AED 1 million in the Mahzooz 144th lucky draw. Muhammad, a finance manager, had recently purchased a Mahzooz water bottle worth AED 35 just 25 minutes before the deadline for the draw, making his win even more unexpected.
