Apple Unveils Affordable AirPods with Fresh Design

Apple is expected to launch the next generation of AirPods, known as AirPods 4, in the coming months, and the new wearable may undergo a design change—a departure from Apple’s usual design continuity.

Along with the design change, AirPods 4 is anticipated to feature upgrades like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and a USB-C port, while maintaining the current price. Interestingly, there are reports suggesting that two distinct versions of AirPods 4 will be introduced: one catering to budget-friendly users and another offering more advanced features.

The introduction of two versions is seen as a move to streamline the purchasing process for customers, eliminating confusion between models. While specific distinctions between the more affordable and premium versions are not yet clear, it is expected that certain advanced features, like active noise cancellation, may be exclusive to the premium version.

Both versions will share a redesigned look that combines elements from the current models and the Pro series. Additionally, the updated case for AirPods 4 will feature a USB-C port instead of Lightning. As more details are expected to emerge in the coming months, leaks will likely provide further insights into the features and specifications of the AirPods 4.
