Their first contact was made over the phone, during which Noman persuaded her to fork over Rs50,000 in order to get job. A total of Rs20,000 was to be paid out of this sum if the job was successfully secured.

Upon her arrival in Islamabad, the woman was informed that an introduction and orientation meeting would be scheduled at her future employer.

Noman allegedly appeared on a motorcycle at the Tench bus stop in Rawalpindi to pick her up.

Instead of taking her to an office, he drove her to the Margalla Hills’ hiking trail-3, where the tragic incident occurred.

Noman sexually assaulted her at gunpoint, frightening her with grave repercussions if she made any noise or fought. He fled the place after perpetrating the act and returning her to the same Rawalpindi bus stop.

The victim filed a complaint at the Kohsar Police Station, forcing the authorities to conduct an extensive investigation. Furthermore, the woman has requested a medical check to back up her claims.
