It’s worth noting that the previous day, the price of gold had seen an increase of Rs. 900 per tola, following a decrease of Rs. 1,200 per tola on Monday.

At the international level, gold rates were recorded at $1,983 at 5 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).

It’s important to highlight that gold prices had been on the rise, breaking the $2,000-mark last week, primarily due to strong safe-haven investments prompted by the turmoil resulting from the Israel-Palestine conflict.
