The price of gold in Pakistan saw a second consecutive day of increase, settling at Rs. 216,500 per tola on Wednesday. Data from the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA) revealed a rise of Rs. 900 per tola for 24-carat gold, reaching the new price.
The cost of 10 grams also saw an uptick, increasing by Rs. 766 to Rs. 185,614. The price had remained stable on Monday and increased by Rs. 500 per tola on Tuesday.

Notably, the previous week had witnessed a substantial increase of Rs. 4,100 per tola in the price of gold in Pakistan.
In the international market, spot gold experienced a 0.1 percent increase, reaching $2,000.12 per ounce as of 1033 GMT, while US gold futures remained largely unchanged at $2,002.10.Top of Form
