The Cabinet Committee for Disposal of Legislative Cases (CCLC) is expected to approve notifications for the rules governing the appointment of Director General Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority and Pakistan Airports Authority in its upcoming meeting scheduled for Thursday. Sources indicate that the Law Minister has called for the meeting of CCLC to review agenda items from various ministries.

The Aviation Division is set to present four summaries, including notifications for the Rules for Appointment of Director General Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority and Director General Pakistan Airports Authority. Additionally, notifications for the Rules for Appointment of Private Board Members of Pakistan Airports Authority and Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority will be presented.
Furthermore, the meeting will address a summary concerning Legal Aid and Justice Authority Rules for 2023. Additionally, the Privatization Division will present a summary related to substituting the words “Federal Government” with Appropriate Authorities.
