During the recent Eidul Azha holidays, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa experienced a notable increase in tourism, with more than 400,000 visitors exploring various scenic locations from June 17 to 19.

Naran Kaghan stood out as the most popular destination, drawing over 174,000 tourists. The picturesque valleys and tranquil landscapes of Naran Kaghan remain a favorite among those seeking a break from city life.

In Galiyat, 162,000 tourists enjoyed cultural sites and historic landmarks, showcasing the region’s rich heritage. Additionally, Malam Jabba in Swat hosted over 46,000 visitors, while Upper Dir attracted 23,000 tourists eager to explore its natural beauty.

The rise in tourist arrivals highlights Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s increasing allure as a prime destination for domestic travelers, offering a mix of natural splendor, cultural treasures, and adventurous activities.

Local authorities and businesses have been ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors while responsibly managing the surge in numbers.
