Fazl is upset with the PML-N for disregarding allies at a meeting in Dubai.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, chairman of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F), stated that the PDM was a movement that no longer exists.

On Tuesday, he made the statements in an informal chat with leading media in Peshawar.

He stated that the PDM was created to oppose the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and to guarantee that the general elections were held on time. He did, however, add that now that the PTI government has been deposed, the PDM’s position is no longer required.

He also questioned why the PML-N had not informed the PDM of the recent meeting with high brass of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Dubai.

The PDM head stated that the general elections will be held on time and that caretaker governments in the central, Sindh, and Balochistan will be created soon.
