The visit, scheduled for 2-3 July, comes as a result of an invitation extended by Japanese Foreign Minister Hayashi Yoshimasa. According to the spokesperson for the Foreign Office, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will engage in substantive discussions with his Japanese counterpart, Minister Hayashi, during his visit to Tokyo. The talks will focus on several important areas, including bilateral trade and investment, cooperation in science and technology, education, information technology, culture, and human resource development.

The two leaders will also address significant regional and global developments, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and dialogue within multilateral forums. The visit is expected to further enhance the existing relationship between Japan and Pakistan, as Japan has been a key development partner for Pakistan.
