Javelin Athlete Arshad Nadeem Prepares For The Diamond League Event In Paris

Javelin athlete Arshad Nadeem, currently focused on preparing for the Paris Olympics, is scheduled to travel to Paris on July 7 for the Diamond League competition.

Coach Salman Iqbal Butt confirmed that Arshad’s rehabilitation program is progressing well, with training sessions now underway.

Before the Diamond League event, Arshad aims to fully address any remaining fitness concerns, which will bolster his confidence ahead of the Paris Olympics.

Khawaja Junaid, appointed as the Prime Minister’s Youth Program Focal Person for Sports, visited Punjab Stadium to assess Arshad Nadeem’s training progress, offering encouragement and ensuring comprehensive support.

Junaid stated that his visit was in accordance with the directives of Chairman Rana Mashhood Khan of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, aimed at overseeing training facilities and promptly addressing any issues.

Junaid emphasized that Arshad is a source of national pride and a hero, receiving extensive government support at all levels.

The government is determined to see Arshad achieve great success and bring honor to the nation at the Paris Olympics.
