A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa, has directed the Election Commission to issue the election schedule on Friday.
The court also suspended the Lahore High Court’s decision regarding the appointment of returning officers and deputy returning officers.
