The Lahore High Court (LHC) has announced a two-week winter holiday period, starting from December 24 and concluding on January 8, 2024.

It’s important to note that despite the winter holidays, court hearings for specific cases will persist according to the regular schedule. These cases include bail applications, stay orders, and habeas corpus pleas.

Normal proceedings for all other categories of cases are set to resume on January 9, 2024. Prior to this, the provincial government had also declared the schedule for winter vacations for educational institutions.

Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated that winter vacations across the province are scheduled to begin on December 18, 2023, and will continue until January 1, 2024.Top of Form
