As rumors swirl around the marriage of Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, an old letter from Amitabh Bachchan to actress Nimrat Kaur has resurfaced, adding fuel to the ongoing speculations. The letter, written in 2022 and shared on social media by Nimrat, was accompanied by a bouquet and praised her performance in the film Dasvi. Amitabh expressed admiration for Nimrat’s nuanced acting, writing, “Your work in Dasvi is exceptional—nuances, gestures, all! My deep admiration and congratulations.”

Nimrat, who starred alongside Abhishek in Dasvi, had previously sparked interest due to their chemistry during promotional events. In one interview, her playful comment on marriage longevity, with Abhishek responding with laughter, further raised eyebrows.
A source close to the Bachchan family, however, denied any affair between Abhishek and Nimrat, dismissing the rumors as baseless and advising Abhishek to avoid public controversies. Despite these clarifications, media has noted subtle signs of strain between Abhishek and Aishwarya, including their separate public appearances and Abhishek’s silence on Aishwarya’s recent birthday.
