The week-long event will continue in various districts across Shenzhen, with more than 10,000 drones illuminating the night sky each evening. These eco-friendly drone shows have replaced traditional fireworks, emphasizing safety and sustainability.

China’s use of drone swarm technology, capable of coordinating thousands of drones from a single computer, not only sets a new entertainment standard but also points to future applications in fields like defense, logistics, and surveillance. Alongside the drone show, Shenzhen also introduced “cyber fireworks,” further cementing its status as a technological hub.
