Dutch police have arrested a 24-year-old man in connection with a shooting spree that left three people dead in Rotterdam. The suspect, who was found with a weapon at the scene, is being held in custody as authorities investigate the motive behind the killings, which appear to have been random. The spree, which began on December 21, shocked the local community. The killings occurred over a span of two weeks, with the most recent shooting taking place on January 2.
