Renowned stage actor Nargis has reached a settlement with her husband, police inspector Majid Bashir, and has decided to withdraw charges of domestic violence filed against him.
During a hearing on Bashir’s pre-arrest bail, a sessions court was informed about the reconciliation facilitated by elders from both families. Nargis’s lawyer confirmed that she forgave her husband following the mutual agreement.

Subsequently, Majid Bashir requested to withdraw his bail application, which the judge approved, disposing of the petition.
Nargis had earlier lodged a complaint at the Defence C police station, accusing her husband of domestic violence and issuing life threats.
