A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles alleges that Megan Thee Stallion subjected her cameraman, Emilio Garcia, to harassment, including forcing him to witness her having sex in a moving car during a tour in Ibiza. Garcia’s lawyer, Ron Zambrano, characterized the incident as illegal and emphasized the distress it caused his client, who felt embarrassed and offended.
According to the suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the incident occurred in June 2022 while Garcia was working as a personal photographer for the artist. The lawsuit also alleges that Megan Thee Stallion fat-shamed Garcia and subjected him to other forms of harassment.
Garcia’s suit claims that despite working as a personal photographer since 2018, he was classified as an independent contractor, depriving him of benefits such as health care and overtime pay. It further alleges that Garcia was required to work beyond his contracted hours and perform tasks without proper breaks.

The lawsuit names Megan Thee Stallion, Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring LLC, and Roc Nation as defendants, alleging retaliation and multiple violations of state labor laws. Garcia is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
Megan Thee Stallion’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the allegations, characterizing the lawsuit as an employment claim for money with no sexual harassment claim filed. Spiro stated that they would address the matter in court.
This lawsuit follows a previous incident involving Megan Thee Stallion, where Canadian rapper Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting her in the feet during an altercation after a Hollywood party.
