Musk also stressed the importance of ensuring that robots and AI systems have an “off switch” for safety and expressed concerns about the potential for AI to become unfriendly due to software updates, emphasizing the need to prevent AI stalking.

Musk acknowledged London’s significant role in AI development, ranking it second only to San Francisco.
