Family members and Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s son assisted in transporting him to the cardiac facility, where doctors conducted an ECG and other initial tests.

Previously a close associate of Imran Khan, Umar recently resigned from his party role and exited politics after over a decade, criticizing the confrontational approach towards state institutions.

He stated that his resignation was not due to external pressures but reflected the challenging 13 months faced by PTI.
