The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has officially released the results for the 2024 Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT).
A total of 56,519 candidates from Punjab took part in the highly competitive exam, held on September 22, which is crucial for those aiming to enter medical and dental colleges across the province.

UHS reported that 48,051 candidates achieved over 55% marks, meeting the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) requirements for medical college admissions. Additionally, 51,018 candidates scored above 50%, qualifying for dental college admissions.
The top score of 99.50% was achieved by two students, Zainab Munir and Iqra, who both earned 199 out of 200 marks.
According to PMDC regulations, a minimum of 55% is needed for medical college admission, while 50% is required for dental college eligibility.
