During the visit, the delegation will hold talks with their Chinese counterparts on various bilateral and regional matters, with special emphasis on the rising tensions between Pakistan and India.

This trip occurs amid increasing instability in South Asia, prompting close consultations between Islamabad and Beijing on regional security issues.

Sources involved in the planning have indicated that the situation at the Line of Control (LoC) and incidents of cross-border provocations will be major discussion points.

Additionally, Afghan Foreign Minister Mullah Amir Khan Muttaqi is expected to be in China around the same time, suggesting possible trilateral meetings.
