Farazur Rehman Calls for Government Support to Boost Freelancers

Farazur Rehman, Patron-in-Chief of the Pakistan Business Group (PBGO) and former president of the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), has urged the government to prioritize the needs of freelancers and the IT sector. Rehman emphasized the importance of supporting Pakistan’s thriving freelance community, which he believes holds immense potential to drive economic growth.

He highlighted the crucial role played by young professionals, who have positioned Pakistan as a top destination for freelancers globally. With expertise in automation, AI, and other advanced technologies, Pakistani freelancers are making significant contributions to the global digital marketplace.
