Goods Transporters across Pakistan have launched a wheel jam strike, leading to a complete shutdown in major trading hubs like Akbari Mandi and Badami Bagh in Lahore.
The strike has halted the booking of goods, raising concerns about the supply of essential items such as vegetables, fruits, and pulses.

The Goods Transporters Association, led by Sadr, is demanding the immediate repeal of increased toll taxes.
Tariq Nabil, a prominent figure in the association, is pushing for a nationwide standardized weight system and the installation of barriers at city entry and exit points to prevent highway robberies and ensure safer transportation.
