For the second day in a row, the Capital Development Authority (CDA)-managed auction of commercial properties in Islamabad is still going on.

The Sector H-9 Petrol Pump Plot auction, which received a price of more over Rs 3 billion, is one of the noteworthy ones. Five different plots were successfully auctioned out on the first day of the auction, bringing in a total of Rs 4 billion, 75 rupees. Six plots have so far been sold at auction for a combined amount of Rs 8 billion 10 crore.

The CDA views this as a fantastic opportunity for people to invest in and buy properties within Islamabad. The open auction will run at the Jinnah Convention Centre through May 31.
