India has launched a new military operation, “Operation Mahadev,” to cover up the failure of “Operation Sindoor,” according to security sources. This new plan aims to quell the growing freedom movement in Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK) while also attempting to restore the government’s domestic political reputation.
“Operation Mahadev” has reportedly been designed to exploit innocent Pakistanis, who are being illegally detained, in fake encounters. These fabricated operations are part of a sinister scheme by India, which aims to present a successful military campaign and mitigate the embarrassment caused by “Operation Sindoor.”
Security sources have revealed that after the false flag operation in Pahalgam, Indian forces immediately began a series of fake encounters. On April 24, two civilians from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muhammad Farooq and Muhammad Din, were brutally killed by Indian forces in an encounter after they mistakenly crossed the border.
Under the new operation, detainees from various jails will be killed and subsequently labeled as terrorists from Pakistan. This is part of a broader plan to portray the operation as a significant success.
As of April 29 and 30, Major General Asif Ghafoor, Director-General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), provided detailed information about 723 Pakistani individuals who are illegally detained in Indian jails. Additionally, 56 more Pakistanis are under the custody of Indian intelligence agencies.
Indian media outlets, as usual, are quick to circulate images and videos of the bodies and planted weapons of those killed in these fake encounters. These individuals are often paraded in front of the media, where forced confessions and anti-Pakistan statements are made, according to security sources.
It is also believed that these detained individuals may be coerced into making anti-Pakistan statements and fabricated confessions. The Indian authorities are using this method to further their political agenda, while deflecting attention from their failures in “Operation Sindoor.”
The Indian military is notorious for conducting fake encounters, especially in Kashmir. “Operation Mahadev” is viewed as a continuation of this practice.
Following the embarrassment caused by the failure of “Operation Sindoor” and the false flag operation in Pahalgam, India appears to be in a state of panic, desperately trying to salvage its image and suppress any international scrutiny.
This new operation signifies the ongoing and alarming trend of India’s disregard for international norms and human rights, as it continues its crackdown on innocent individuals in Kashmir and across the region.
