PTI

As PTI leaders and supporters advance toward Islamabad’s D-Chowk, tensions between the party and law enforcement continue to rise, creating a volatile atmosphere that could lead to a violent confrontation. The protest, led by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, is pushing for “real freedom” as defined by PTI chairman Imran Khan.

Despite being detained, Imran Khan released a message on X, urging the public to join Gandapur’s convoy at D-Chowk. The statement, likely posted by someone close to him, highlighted the resilience of his supporters and their determination to achieve their objectives.

In the message, Khan expressed pride in his followers, commending their courage in overcoming obstacles during their march. He framed the protest as a fight for “Haqeeqi Azadi,” calling it essential for Pakistanis to live within the framework of the Constitution and the rule of law, as envisioned by the nation’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

With rising tensions, both the government and PTI leadership remain steadfast in their positions, setting the stage for a potential standoff in Islamabad.
