In Sialkot, a restaurant became chaotic when a lawyer found a lizard’s tail in his chana chaat plate. The lawyer, from Gujranwala, was eating breakfast at the hotel when he made the unpleasant discovery.
Angered, he raised the issue with the restaurant’s management, leading to a confrontation that escalated into a fight with the staff. This altercation drew a crowd outside the hotel.

During the melee, the staff attempted to cover up the situation by throwing the plate on the floor. In response to the incident, the Punjab Food Authority has prohibited the hotel from serving breakfast.
The Director General of the Punjab Food Authority has closed the establishment, citing poor food handling practices. The Authority is taking strict measures against the restaurant following the incident.
