Trailblazing mountaineer Naila Kiani has made history again by conquering Kanchenjunga (8,586m), the world’s third-highest mountain. She’s now the first Pakistani woman to summit this formidable peak, marking her 12th successful climb of the world’s 14 tallest mountains.

With only Cho Oyu and Shishapangma left, Naila is on the verge of joining an elite group of just 17 women globally to complete all 14 8,000-meter summits. Her record-breaking journey includes peaks like K2, Everest, and Annapurna, with seven of these achieved within just six months in 2023.
Beyond the mountains, Naila has led environmental efforts and humanitarian missions, inspiring women across Pakistan. Backed by the BARD Foundation, her journey continues to redefine resilience, purpose, and national pride.
