Pakistan is marking the 76th death anniversary of the nation’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, with deep respect today.
Special arrangements have been made, including Quran Khawani at Jinnah’s mausoleum in Karachi and prayers in mosques nationwide for his soul.

Government officials, political leaders, and community members are visiting the mausoleum to honor his memory. Various events are planned to celebrate Jinnah’s pivotal role in uniting Muslims for a separate homeland.
Media will air special programs featuring excerpts from Jinnah’s speeches. As Pakistan’s founder, Jinnah played a key role in advocating for a separate Muslim state and served as its first governor-general after independence in 1947.
