Government officials, political leaders, and community members are visiting the mausoleum to honor his memory. Various events are planned to celebrate Jinnah’s pivotal role in uniting Muslims for a separate homeland.

Media will air special programs featuring excerpts from Jinnah’s speeches. As Pakistan’s founder, Jinnah played a key role in advocating for a separate Muslim state and served as its first governor-general after independence in 1947.
