Expressions of interest are due by July 15, 2024. The consultancy will emphasize regulatory consistency, investment facilitation, and socio-economic development, including spectrum valuation and auction methodology for optimal outcomes.
The consultant will collaborate with the industry and telecom operators to create a spectrum release mechanism aligned with global standards.
Moreover, the consultant will set the spectrum price per megahertz in both rupees and dollars and devise an easy payment plan for the spectrum auction.
