Earlier, DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif disclosed that Pakistan had intercepted a total of 29 Indian drones through precise targeting and strategic operations. He added that only one of these drones managed to inflict minor injuries on four soldiers and caused limited structural damage. Tragically, three civilians lost their lives in the drone attacks.
The DG ISPR also raised concerns over India’s defense capabilities, questioning how five of their aircraft could be destroyed despite their tactical advantage. “They chose the timing and terrain for the operation yet suffered significant losses. When Pakistan decides the moment, the outcome will be clear for the world and the media to witness,” he stated.
He concluded by reassuring the public of the military’s readiness and resilience, emphasizing that the nation stands united. “Pakistan’s armed forces remain alert and strong, supported by its people. Daily life continues uninterrupted, and we will not be intimidated by such cowardly acts. Ultimately, truth and justice will prevail.”
