The price of petrol has been increased by 56 paisa per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has been raised by Rs2.96 per litre for the fortnight starting January 1, 2025.

According to a notification from the Ministry of Finance, the new price for petrol is Rs252.66 per litre, and HSD now costs Rs258.34 per litre.
