Hina Arshad Warraich, representing the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), emerged victorious in the PP-52 (Sambryal) by-election, earning 78,419 votes as per unofficial results from all 185 polling stations.
Her closest contender, Fakhar Nishat Ghumman—who had the support of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)—secured 40,037 votes, placing second.

Warraich attributed her win to the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and the dedication of PML-N party workers.
She emphasized that the electorate had chosen a path of public service and reaffirmed her commitment to addressing local issues and advancing development.
