A low-pressure system has developed over the east-central Arabian Sea, situated roughly 1,075 kilometers southeast of Karachi, and could potentially strengthen into a depression as it moves northward.

Despite this development, the PMD has reassured that there is no immediate threat to Pakistan’s coastal regions.

The Cyclone Warning Centre continues to monitor the situation closely.
