Pregnant Woman Loses Life Due to Doctor’s Negligence in Karachi

A nine-months pregnant woman lost her life at a private clinic in North Nazimabad, Karachi, allegedly due to medical negligence, sparking a protest by her relatives.

The woman was brought in for a routine check-up, but a junior doctor on duty refused to attend to her.

After waiting for three hours, her condition worsened, prompting her family to demand the presence of a senior doctor.

Despite their efforts, the woman’s condition became critical, leading to her tragic death.

Her family pleaded with the clinic to save the unborn child, but chaos ensued as the junior doctor fled the scene amidst the protest. Instead of providing emergency care, the clinic’s administration called the police.
