According to the police, the operation took place in the Khayaban-e-Muslim Commercial area of Defense Phase 6, Karachi. The woman, fearing detention, leaped from the residential building, sustaining critical injuries. She was rushed to Jinnah Hospital but succumbed to her wounds during treatment.

Authorities revealed that the deceased was not only a drug addict but also a dealer who facilitated drug consumption at her apartment. Prior to this raid, police had apprehended a drug dealer named Obaid from a residential building near Sea View. Based on his revelations, law enforcement officials, accompanied by a female search officer, proceeded to the woman’s residence. However, instead of cooperating, she jumped out of the window.
During the search of her apartment, police recovered crystal meth (ice) along with drug consumption paraphernalia.
In an effort to curb drug-related crimes, Karachi police have intensified their crackdown on narcotics dealers. Officials have reaffirmed their commitment to eradicating drug peddling, particularly targeting those supplying drugs to students in colleges and universities.
