A special Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight successfully brought home 107 Pakistani nationals stranded in Iran, landing in Islamabad during the early hours of the morning. The repatriation marks a significant effort amid regional instability and restricted air routes.
The flight originated from Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, as the stranded individuals were first transported by land from Iran due to ongoing airspace closures. The overland journey was coordinated to ensure their safe transfer out of Iran.
