CTP and MCR cleaned up Bara Market, Imperial Market, Liaquat Road, Raja Bazar, and other places. Wheelbarrows and baggage that were found to be impeding traffic were seized by the authorities.

Details indicate that 80 cars and motorbikes were issued CTP penalties for obstructing traffic. Despite any bias, the encroaching mafia operation will continue, said to Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Taimoor Khan.

He continued by saying that the agency has sent out more traffic police personnel every day to clear the encroachments. The zonal staff in charge will keep an eye on encroachment gangs.

The general public has been urged to assist CTP and MCR in enforcing the law on the highways. The departments have also threatened to take harsh measures against anyone who disrupt traffic.
