PIA Resumes Skardu Flights from Another City

In a move aimed at enhancing connectivity and tourism in Pakistan’s northern region, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced the resumption of its flight operations from Lahore to Skardu. This eagerly awaited development signifies a noteworthy stride towards facilitating travel to one of the country’s most scenic destinations.

Starting from April 3, the national carrier will inaugurate its maiden flight from Lahore to Skardu. The flight will be operated using an Airbus A-320 aircraft, with a capacity to accommodate 162 passengers in economy class and eight in executive economy class.

The one-way fare for the Lahore to Skardu route has been set at Rs. 28,000.

The revival of flight services marks a significant milestone in Pakistan’s endeavors to promote tourism and stimulate economic development in the region. By offering convenient air connectivity, PIA is opening avenues for travelers to explore the unmatched beauty and warmth of Pakistan’s northern territories.
