PM Shehbaz Sharif Enforces Ban on Red Carpets at Official Events

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has taken a significant step towards austerity measures by imposing a ban on the use of red carpets for official events, particularly for protocol purposes. Expressing discontent over the prevalent use of red carpets during such occasions, the Prime Minister has directed that they will no longer be utilized for government officials and federal ministers during official events, except for diplomatic ceremonies.
