The court’s decision granted Kamran Bangash bail in cases related to alleged gunfire at law enforcement personnel and allegations of providing shelter to Murad Saeed. He was released on bail with a surety bond of 0.2 million rupees.

However, despite his recent release, Kamran Bangash was swiftly re-arrested, this time in connection with a sedition case. Following this arrest, he was handed over to the DI Khan police.

Notably, on October 20, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police apprehended Kamran Bangash at his residence in Chamkani, Peshawar. The police remained tight-lipped about the specifics surrounding the former provincial minister’s arrest.
