Pakistan have reached Auckland ahead of the must-win third T20I against New Zealand on Friday, hoping to bounce back after consecutive defeats in the series. The team will hold a practice session at Eden Park from 2 PM to 5 PM local time to prepare for the crucial encounter.
In the second T20I, Pakistan struggled with the bat, managing only 135 runs in a rain-shortened 15-over game. Captain Salman Ali Agha’s 46 and Shadab Khan’s 24 were the only notable contributions, as the middle order faltered under pressure.

New Zealand’s openers Tim Seifert and Finn Allen dominated the chase with a rapid 66-run stand. Despite brief breakthroughs by Mohammad Ali and Jahandad Khan, the hosts comfortably sealed victory with 11 balls to spare.
With the series on the line, Pakistan will need a stronger batting performance in Auckland to stay alive in the five-match contest.
