Real Madrid secured their first La Liga win of the season with a 3-0 victory over Real Valladolid on Sunday at Santiago Bernabeu.
Fede Valverde, Brahim Diaz, and debutant Endrick scored for Madrid, while Kylian Mbappe made his home debut without finding the net. Valverde broke the deadlock with a deflected free-kick in the 50th minute, ending a goalless first half.

Madrid’s attack improved in the second half, with Diaz adding a second goal in the 88th minute and Endrick sealing the win with a strike in stoppage time.
Although Real Madrid controlled possession, their attack lacked sharpness before Valverde’s goal. Aurelien Tchouameni’s long-range attempt was their only notable chance until then. Mbappe had a few chances to score but was denied by Real Valladolid’s Estonian goalkeeper Karl Hein and missed another opportunity.
Mbappe, who transferred from Paris Saint-Germain this summer, has yet to score in his first two La Liga matches. Coach Carlo Ancelotti remains optimistic about Mbappe’s future, praising his movement and potential. “He’s a spectacular forward who will score goals, whether he plays centrally or on the left,” Ancelotti said.
Endrick’s debut goal was a strong start for the young Brazilian, demonstrating his potential with a decisive finish. “He’s very dangerous in tight spaces and showcased his quality with his goal,” Ancelotti added.
