On the international stage, he has competed in ITF senior world ranking tournaments, achieving a career-best ranking of 144 in the 40+ doubles category.

Talha aimed to break the previous record of 42 successful serves in one minute, which had been held by John Perry from the United States since 2019. After undergoing an intense three-month training regimen, he attempted the record on November 8, 2024, in Lahore, ensuring compliance with Guinness World Records’ strict regulations.

On March 10, 2025, Guinness World Records officially confirmed Talha’s success, recognizing him as the new record holder.

Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) President Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, along with Secretary General Col. Zia-ud-Din Tufail and other officials, extended their congratulations to Talha for his historic accomplishment.

Qureshi praised Talha’s achievement, emphasizing that earning a spot in the Guinness World Records is a remarkable feat. He expressed confidence that this milestone would inspire many and provide a significant boost to Pakistan’s tennis scene.
